Working only four days a week during the summer to contribute to the well-being of team members and facilitate work-life balance in the summer season. These are some of the goals pursued by Goli Neuromarketing with the implementation of the four-day workweek in summer, which will run from mid-July to mid-September.
From the Human Resources department of Goli Neuromarketing, they have launched the so-called “Goli Days” – every Friday from mid-July to mid-September – in order to promote rest and leisure time and contribute to better work-life balance.
“It’s about giving back to the team a little bit of what they give throughout the year,” says José Ruiz Pardo, CEO of Goli Neuromarketing, highlighting the fact that this reduction in working hours does not entail an increase in work hours during the rest of the week or a decrease in salary. Additionally, he believes that it enhances motivation and concentration among the staff, especially during the hottest months of the year.
At Goli Neuromarketing, we have always been committed to implementing measures that promote the well-being of the team as well as enhance productivity. Therefore, our staff has the freedom to choose their work location, whether it be remote work, on-site work at our office located in the Málaga TechPark, or a hybrid system between the two. This way, team members can freely decide when to work remotely and when to come to the office in person.
It is a measure that does not negatively affect productivity; on the contrary, it has very positive aspects.
