Dreams are there to be fulfilled, but do you know what your dream job is?
What did we do?
We developed a soft skills test by electroencephalography to find out student ́s skills.
How did we do it?
We carried out a soft skills test using electroencephalography on university students who came to the Adecco stands set up in different faculties of eight Andalusian universities. As a result, an email of their skills and individual recommendations written throughout the artificial intelligence platform was sent.
What did we achieve?
- – To know student ́s skills.
- – To be able to make individual recommendation about the professions to be pursued.
- – To analyse student’s interests.
What did we measure?
- – Student’s skills so that they know their strengths and weaknesses in order to know which professions to focus on or which things they need to improve in order to develop in that sense.
Work process
